Experience the perfect Flammkuchen – crispy, aromatic, and traditionally prepared: In our workshop, you will learn how authentic Flammkuchen are created in our Ambrogi Forni dome oven. Guided by our kitchen team, you’ll craft your own personal Flammkuchen creation and discover how the special heat of the dome oven creates its irresistible flavor.

Whether classic, creative, or completely individual – together we will try out different variations and share tips on ingredients, techniques, and baking times. The workshop offers enjoyment, knowledge, and plenty of fun for hobby cooks, teams, and everyone who loves Flammkuchen.
