Hello, I’m Victoria.
Since February 2018 I’ve been training as a hotel manager. The great thing about the Zollenspieker ferry house is not only its wonderful location, but also the trust that we have in us
Instructors and the management give. So we were even allowed to organize a summer party for all employees on our own.

Victoria was taken on by the Zollenspieker Fährhaus after her final exams and worked for us as a deputy housekeeper.

Since August 1st, 2018 I have been training to become a chef. The entire kitchen team and our trainers always take their time and at the same time give us the freedom to be creative. I particularly appreciate the good mood, the nice colleagues and, above all, the delicious food. I can recommend everyone to train as a chef at the Zollenspieker Fährhaus!

Birte

Apprentices| Hotel clerk

Since August 1st, 2018 I’ve been doing an apprenticeship as a hotel manager. My trainers support me in my tasks and they trust me so that I can master new challenges. I enjoy coming to work because I feel valued by the entire team and we can laugh together.

Birte passed her training with very good (grade 1) and then worked in service and at the reception of the Zollenspieker ferry house.

Kay Lijan

Through my student internship in 2018, I was able to get a good impression of the tasks of a hotel manager. After that I knew that after school I really wanted to do my apprenticeship here at the Zollenspieker Fährhaus from August 2019. I particularly like the fact that we trainees are super integrated in every department and can take part in interesting and, above all, helpful training courses.

Lijan successfully completed her training in the summer of 2022. Since then she has been supporting us in the Zollenspieker Fährhaus as a personnel coordinator.
