Choose the Goose

The whole goose for 4 persons. We serve a crispy roasted Markerup goose, carved at the table. We serve it with gravy, apple and cranberry red cabbage, potato dumplings and glazed chestnuts. Also available as an arrangement in combination with an accommodation inclusive breakfast.

Winterlunch

A varied lunch buffet for the pre-Christmas days. From 12.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. we serve delicious winter variations in our Festsaal.

Christmas Eve

A special evening with an exclusive 6-course menu. Start the Christmas Eve with an aperitif and small treats in our Kaminbar. You will then be accompanied to our restaurant and we will begin the culinary journey with our selected menu. Enjoy an evening of musical entertainment in a Christmas atmosphere.

An exclusive 3-course gourmet menu for the christmas days. We also offer a vegan alternative to this menu.

New Years Eve Gala

Celebrate New Years Eve in the Zollenspieker Fährhaus accompanied by an 8-course gala dinner and a view of the fireworks in Winsen.

We start with a champagne reception and canapés in the Kaminbar and from there accompany you to our restaurant for the gala dinner.

At 12 o’clock we serve a glass of champagne and Berliners. Enjoy the first hours of 2024 in a relaxed atmosphere in the Kaminbar accompanied by our DJ.
